STAT OF THE GAME
Eight different Rams recorded a hit, including seven with multiple hits.

IN THEIR WORDS
Head Coach Jen Fisher on the win…
"We had two days off and that is always risky to do, but I think there is value in having rest at this point of the season. I thought we were a little bit rusty to start, but we shook it off and got Taylor Gilmore some run support; she just got stronger after that. It was good for her to go the whole six innings and it was great for our offense. I thought a number of players produced today and our offense looked really good. We also made some great plays on defense, the infield looked really good."

NOTES
- The Rams' 17 hits were the most this season and the most since the 2018 when they set the program record (20 vs. St. John's)
- Both Tara Shadowen and Lauren Buchanan recorded three hits apiece
- Shadowen led the offense again with four RBI and hitting her 11th homer of the season
- Ashley Michelena and Buchanan each tallied a pair of doubles
- Taylor Gilmore (8-2) earn the win throwing all six frames, allowing just one earned run and recording three strike outs
- The win is the 12th of the season via the run rule

UP NEXT
Colorado State will return to Mountain West play, hosting San Diego State in its final home series of the season staring Friday afternoon at 4 p.m., at Ram Field.
