Kick Time Guarantee Program Introduced for 2020 Football Season

4/3/2020 2:04:00 PM | Football

2020 football season ticket holders who are unable to attend games due to kick times will be able to swap tickets to select games.

"If a home kick time doesn't fit your schedule, exchange your ticket for a ticket to another game or men's basketball, women's basketball, and volleyball."

That's the commitment Colorado State Athletics is making to its 2020 football season tickets, and the department is proud to introduce the Kick Time Guarantee program!

Simply put, if a 2020 home football game time doesn't fit into your busy schedule as a valued season ticket holder, you have the ability now to exchange those tickets for tickets to another home game on the schedule (*some restrictions apply) or tickets to a home men's or women's basketball game or a volleyball match!

"We wanted to eliminate every hurdle that a season ticket holder might have," Director of Athletics Joe Parker said. "There is uncertainty in kick times until our TV partners make their determinations, and we listen carefully to what our season ticket holders say. That's a concern to them, and we want to make sure we are delivering the highest value possible on season tickets. If there is a game that, once a kick-off time is announced, simply doesn't work for someone's schedule, they can look to another game on the schedule and substitute those tickets." (*some restrictions apply)

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Can I exchange multiple games for more tickets to a single game?
Yes! If your busy schedule means you may have to miss out on two or more games, you are welcome to contact the ticket office to exchange those tickets for additional tickets to another game on the schedule! Some restrictions apply - see below for more details.

2. Is this only for night games?
No! We understand Ram fans have busy schedules. If a game occurs at any time that isn't convenient for you, please contact us to make the change!

3. I have two season tickets. Can I exchange one ticket for another football game and the other for a basketball game?
Yes! If your schedule and circumstance means that the best value to you, as a season ticket holder, is to mix-and-match your exchange, we can do that!

4. I am a premium seat holder. Does this apply to my situation?
Yes and no. Due to limited availability, should season ticket holders in premium locations choose to exchange their tickets for additional tickets to a different football game, the exchanged tickets may not be located in the same premium location.  The Ram Club and the Rams Ticket Office will collaborate with Premium Seat Partners on the best location for the exchanged tickets.

5. How will the location of my exchanged tickets be determined?
Ticket exchanges may be redeemed for the same or lesser value per ticket for the new event selected, and the Rams Ticket Office will make every effort possible to seat you as close to your original seats as possible or find a new location to seat everyone in your group together.

Exchange Policies
Should a kickoff time not fit into your schedule, you may elect to choose one of the following options:
  • Exchange tickets for a different home football game
    • All 2020 home games, including vs. Colorado (Sept 5) and/or Wyoming(Oct 31), may be exchanged for another home football game with the following exception. Patrons may not exchange tickets for additional tickets to the Colorado (Sept. 5) and/or Wyoming (Oct. 31) home games. Eligible games include Northern Colorado, Fresno State, New Mexico, and Utah State.
  • Exchange tickets for one 2020-21 home men's basketball game
    • Once the 2020-21 schedule is announced, some game restrictions may apply.
  • Exchange tickets for two 2020 home women's volleyball matches
  • Exchange tickets for two 2020-21 home women's basketball games
All ticket exchanges may be redeemed for the same or lesser value per ticket for the new event selected.  All exchanges will be fulfilled in one transaction.

Patrons may begin exchanging tickets using the Kick Time Guarantee program once they receive their 2020 football season tickets, tentatively scheduled for mid-August.

All exchanges are subject to ticket availability and at the discretion of the Colorado State Athletic Department.

All ticket exchanges are required five (5) business days in advance of the event being exchanged (no longer attending) by calling the Rams Ticket Office at 1-800-491-RAMS (7267).

Once a new event is selected, tickets for the original football game (game no longer being attended) are immediately deactivated and are no longer available for use, transfer or resale.

For more information, contact the Rams Ticket Office at 1-800-491-RAMS (7267).
