James Finley completes the offensive staff under Norvell.

FORT COLLINS, Colo. – Six more members of Jay Norvell's initial coaching staff were officially added on Wednesday as James Finley was tabbed to lead the running backs along with five critical members of the support staff.

Finley comes to Colorado State after spending four seasons as the wide receivers coach at Mater Dei, a southern California high school football powerhouse, where he helped win two national championships. Current Rams Tautai L'io Marks and George Miki-Han are alums of the program as is former CSU punter Ryan Stonehouse. Finley was an All-Pac 10 Honorable Selection over two years playing at Oregon (2005-06).

In operations and program administration, Norvell has tabbed a 40-year veteran of the football operations business, Tim Cassidy, to serve as Senior Associate Athletic Director/Football Chief of Staff. Norvell and Cassidy's relationship dates back to their time together at Nebraska and Arizona State. Cassidy's experience also includes stops at Florida and Texas A&M in recruiting and operations roles.

Following Norvell from his previous coaching stop are three staff members: Colton Bosnos, Director of Football Operations; Lucas Gauthier, Director of Player Personnel; Jeremy Copeland, Director of Player Development.

Ricky Santo, who returned to work with the program in 2021 as the Director of RAM Life, will remain in his current capacity as a part of Norvell's staff.
