Auburn transfer Olivia Fout joins CSU soccer program

FORT COLLINS, Colo. – The 2023 roster for Colorado State soccer continues to be bolstered by the addition of Auburn transfer Olivia Fout. The forward from Virginia Beach, Virginia makes her way to Fort Collins after spending her freshman season on The Plains.

In her lone season at Auburn, she played in four games logging 47 minutes of play. She made an instant impact in her first collegiate action with a pair of assists in 17 minutes on the pitch in a 9-0 win over Southern Miss.

"I chose Colorado State because of the amount of love I felt the minute I stepped on campus," Fout said. "I felt at home right away and the university was absolutely beautiful and breathtaking."

Fout graduated from Cape Henry Collegiate in Virginia Beach where she was a two-time All-State honoree. She also earned TCIS Tournament MVP, first team All-Tidewater and first team TCIS. She was a team captain in 2020-21. She played her club ball for Richmond United.

Off the pitch, Fout was a member of CHC's National Honor Society and Spanish National Honor Society. She earned a spot on the Upper School Honor Roll and Upper School Headmater's List.

Fout joins the 2023 team that will kick off the 10th season of CSU soccer in early August and feature a brand-new soccer facility for the program.
