2012 (Freshman): After a strong fall camp, where Riddick saw himself shoot up the depth chart, he suffered a broken wrist that required surgery and the injury forced him to sit out the 2012 season.

2011: Did not play; redshirted as a true freshman in his first season of college eligibility.

High School: Combined to rush for 2,446 yards and average 7.2 yards per carry in two seasons as a starter at Abilene (Texas) Cooper High School...A first-team All-West Texas selection (TheOldCoach.com) in 2010, as well as honorable-mention all-state and all-district, led the 11-2 Cougars to the regional round of the state playoffs...Ran for 1,537 yards on 183 carries (8.4 avg.) and 21 touchdowns as a senior...Second-team all-district as a junior, had 909 yards to help the Cougars finish 9-4 after a berth in the regional playoffs...Voted team captain as a senior...Head football coach was Mike Spradlin...Lettered twice in football and twice in track, in which he ran the 200 meters, and the 4x100 and 4x200 relays...Has 4.41-second speed in the 40-yard dash and bench presses 315 pounds...Also recruited by Wyoming and Texas State.
