Drew Stefanelli
Drew Stefanelli was hired to the strength and conditioning staff in December of 2025, joining the Rams after spending the prior to seasons at Connecticut.
 
He is familiar with the western part of the country after two season with Nevada, where he was an assistant on the football staff and the head strength and conditioning coach for the Wolf Pack softball team.
 
He began his college coaching career with intern roles at both Maryland (2022) and Oregon (2021).
 
Stefanelli is a graduate of Maryland, where he was a member of the Terrapins football team from 2013-16. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology and went on to get a Master of Science in exercise science from California University of Pennsylvania.
 
He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist from the National Strength & Conditioning Association. He is a certified performance enhancement specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a certified speed specialist by the National Association of Speed and Explosion.
