Mickey Grace
Mickey Grace was hired in December of 2025, serving roles in player development and as a pass rush specialist.
 
Grace made history as the first woman to coach at the FBS level in a coaching role when she joined Jim Mora’s staff at Connecticut in 2022 as an offensive analyst and an assistant wide receivers coach. The next two seasons she moved to the defensive side of the ball as an assistant defensive line coach.
 
In 2021, she was part of the staff at Dartmouth, which won the Ivy League title, working in recruiting and coaching. She spent the season prior working as a scouting apprentice with the Los Angeles Rams.
 
Grace spent time as a Bill Walsh Diversity Coaching Fellow, gaining experience with multiple NFL teams. She began her coaching career at the prep level at Germantown High School, serving as a defensive line coach and defensive coordinator.
 
A Philadelphia native, Grace holds psychology degrees from West Chester University. She is also a devoted wife to Kenneth and a proud mother to her daughters, Aria and McKenna.
