  • Colorado State scored 11 points in 33 seconds to defeat Washington State 48-45.
  • The Rams' 48 points are the most in a bowl game by a CSU team all-time. CSU's previous high was 45 points vs. North Texas in the New Orleans Bowl in 2001.
  • The Rams are now 2-0 in the New Mexico Bowl, defeating Fresno State (40-35) in 2008 and Washington State (48-45) Saturday afternoon.
  • The Rams end the season winning four of their last five games, the last time a Colorado State team accomplished this was 2001.
  • The 15 seniors on CSU's roster have never lost at University Stadium in Albuquerque, N.M., defeating New Mexico twice and defeating WSU in the 2013 Gildan New Mexico Bowl on Saturday.
  • Entering the fourth quarter on Saturday, the Rams trailed by 8. This is CSU's first come-from-behind fourth quarter victory under second-year coach Jim McElwain. The last fourth-quarter comeback came at Utah State on Sept. 24, 2011 when the Rams ultimately won in double overtime 35-34.
  • The Rams racked up 500-plus yards of total offense for the seventh time this season when they totaled 597 against Washington State. This team set a school record averaging 470.9 yards per game. CSU also set a program-best with 6,593 total offensive yards.
  • Senior center Weston Richburg started a CSU record 50th consecutive game.
  • Senior linebacker Shaquil Barrettearned Most Outstanding Defensive Player of the Game honors after racking up six tackles (four solo), and a forced fumble and recovery.
    • Barrett's last play for Colorado State was a forced fumble which he recovered. From there the Rams scored a touchdown and converted the two-point attempt. On the ensuing kickoff, Washington State fumbled and the Rams recovered, leading to the game-winning field goal.
  • After not starting until week six against San Jose State, sophomore running back Kapri Bibbs set a CSU single-season rushing record with 1,741 yards.
  • Bibbs set a Mountain West sophomore single-season record rushing for 1,741 yards and it is the second-most single-season rushing yards in Mountain West history.
  • On Bibbs' second rushing touchdown, a 75-yard scamper, the second-longest of his career, he became on the third running back in NCAA FBS history to rush for 30-or more touchdowns in a single season. He joins Barry Sanders (1988) and Montee Ball (2011).
  • After rushing for three touchdowns, Bibbs is the NCAA FBS leader with 31 rushing touchdowns, ahead of Navy quarterback Keenan Reynolds (29).
  • Bibbs now owns the Mountain West record for points in a single season scoring 186. The previous record was held by BYU's Luke Staley, who scored 170 in 2001.
  • Bibbs finished the season with 281 rushing attempts, the fifth-most in a single season at CSU.
  • Junior kicker Jared Roberts was a perfect four-for-four on Saturday, setting a new career-best for field goals made. In two other contests, Roberts made three field goals.
  • Roberts finished his junior season going 21-for-24, tying for the second-most made field goals in a single season with Derek Franz (1998). Jeff Babcock holds the record making 24 field goals in 2002.
  • Roberts completed the season with 121 points, the most single-season points by a CSU kicker and third-best overall among all Rams.
  • Roberts finished the season a perfect 58-for-58 on point after attempts. He is the first Ram since Jason Smith in 2008 to go an entire season without missing a PAT.
  • Junior linebacker Max Morganregistered his second career interception on Washington State's second play. Morgan's first interception came vs. UNLV on Nov. 10, 2012.
    • Morgan finished the 2013 Gildan New Mexico Bowl with five tackles, giving him 134 on the year. The 134 tackles are the most by a CSU defender since Willie Taylor's 146 in 1996.
  • Morgan picked up a first down after receiving a direct snap on fourth-and-10. Morgan now has two carries for 18 yards on the year.
  • Garrett Grayson completed a 63-yard touchdown pass to Charles Lovett in the first quarter. Lovett now has a reception in 21-consecutive games he has played in, a streak dating back to Nov. 19, 2011. His longest reception was 65 yards vs. Wyoming in 2012.
  • Grayson set the Colorado State single-season passing attempts record. Grayson attempted 478 passes in 2013. The previous record was held by Terry Nugent who threw 433 passes in 1983.
  • Grayson also set a program record completing 297 passes in 2013. The previous record was also held by Terry Nugent from 1983 when he completed 275 passes.
  • Grayson, who had set the single-season passing record in the regular-season finale vs. Air Force, finished his record-setting season with 3,696 passing yards and 23 touchdowns. His 23 touchdown passes tie for a CSU single-season record with Justin Holland (2005).
  • Grayson's 31 completions vs. the Cougars tie for the second-most single-game completions in CSU history. Grayson set the record (36) earlier this season vs. Boise State.
  • The Rams' third scoring-drive which ended in a 19-yard field goal by Jared Roberts lasted 7 minutes and 5 seconds, the second-longest drive of the year. CSU's longest drive was 7:15 vs. San Jose State on Oct. 12.
