vs. Abilene Christian | Box Score

The Rams left nine runners on base in the contest and that would be their downfall, as they were unable to push a run across the plate. The Wildcats were the first get on the board in the first after a RBI double pushed two runs across. ACU would add onto its lead in the fourth inning with a two-run homer.
Â
Danielle Serna hurled all six innings for the Rams, striking out nine. The Rams would finish the game with five hits, while the Wildcats would only have three – two coming in the sixth. The difference was ACU left just two on base, giving the Wildcats an efficient offensive night when getting runners on.
