1. What's on the Agenda?
First things first, let's talk about where you need to be and when you need to be there! We've got everything covered for Green and Gold Weekend HERE, but here's a quick rundown.

  • Noon - Track and Field's Jack Christiansen Invitational - Jack Christiansen Track Complex

  • 7:30 a.m. - Grit Run Registration Opens - Canvas Stadium (Register in Advance HERE)
  • 10:00 a.m. - Track and Field's Jack Christiansen Invitational - Jack Christiansen Track Complex

  • 4:30 p.m. - Free Youth Soccer Clinic following the soccer spring game (8th grade and under) - CSU Soccer Complex

2. What Do Tickets and Parking Cost?
That's the beauty of it all. Everything on Green and Gold Weekend, with the exception of the $25/person Grit Run registration - all proceeds go to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation - is FREE!

Parking on campus, unless specifically designated, is free on campus and fans are encouraged to park in the following locations:
  • Lake Street Garage
  • Hughes Way
  • Morgan Library
  • Moby Arena

3. What is the Format of the 2022 Green vs. Gold Spring Football Game?
It's pretty simple!

We're calling it "1's vs. The World" where our expected starters will wear green uniforms and everyone else will wear white uniforms. The World team will be spotted 21 points to begin the game, and we'll play from there with the Green team needing to catch up.

In the first half, we'll operate the clock like normal with two 15-minute quarters and timeouts at the under-8:00 marks. We'll play the second half by ear, but in all likelihood it will be a running clock for the final 30 minutes of play.

There will be no kickoffs or kickoff returns, and all punts will result in fair catches.

4. What's Going on for Students?
We've got you covered!

Starting at 10 a.m., we're opening up the student tailgate in a NEW location on New Meridian Ave., on the east side of Canvas Stadium as well as opening up a dedicated student entrance on the southeast corner of the stadium. The student tailgate will feature free food provided by Brothers BBQ and music sponsored by ASCSU!

During the game, there's even more for students. Along with the proceeds to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation from the Grit Run, head coach Jay Norvell is donating $1 for each student who attends the spring game to the CF Foundation. Your attendance can literally change lives! We'll also be jumping into the stands throughout the game to get students to participate in some fun, on-field football activities!

5. Will Concessions Stands Be Open? What About the New Belgium Porch?
Yes and yes! We will operate a limited number of concession stands throughout Canvas Stadium and the New Belgium Porch will be open and pouring.

6. I didn't Pre-Register for the Grit Run or Youth Clinic. Can I Still Sign Up?
Yes! You may register on Saturday morning as early as 7:30 for the Grit Run and upon entering the stadium for the youth clinic. We are expecting big numbers for both events, so pre-registration is always appreciated!

7. Will The Spring Game Be Broadcast on Television or Radio?
Yes and no. There will be no television broadcast or internet stream of the 20202 Green vs. Gold game, but if you aren't able to make it, the Rams Radio Network will be calling all the action.

In Fort Collins, the game will air live on Power 102.9 FM and anywhere you can stream on the Varsity Network app (Apple // Google).

8. What if I Need Extra Colorado State Gear?
You're in luck! On Saturday, we're hosting our Bag Sale on the northwest concourse.

It's pretty simple - snag a small bag for $30 or a large bag for $45 and anything you can fit in the bag, you get to take home!

9. Is the Clear Bag Policy in Effect?
Yes. As we are expecting a large crowd, the clear bag policy inside Canvas Stadium is in effect.
