Rams outhit by Aggies to end series
FORT COLLINS – The Colorado State softball team fell to the Utah State Aggies in games two and three of its third Mountain West series of the season. The Rams fell in 10-0 in five innings in game two of the series before falling 13-4 in game three, both taking place at RamsField Friday afternoon.

- The Rams were outhit 16-3 in game one of the series, falling in five innings via run rule.
- Jailey Wilson and Jordan West both recorded doubles in the loss with Autumn Rutherford adding the third hit of the game.
- The Rams boasted a perfect fielding percentage in game one with Kaylynn English totaling four putouts at second base.

- Despite being shutout in game one, it only took the Rams four pitches to jump out to the lead in game two. English starting things off with a leadoff triple before being batted in by Lauren Stucky with a single.
- Colorado State totaled eight hits in game two, Stucky leading the way going 3-4.
- English and Carolina Buffaloe also posted multi-hit games with Rutherford also earning an RBI via a sacrifice fly.
