Siriki Diabate
Siriki Diabate joined Jim Mora’s staff as the linebackers coach and run game coordinator in December of 2025 having spent the previous four years with Mora at Connecticut in the same role.
 
Diabate worked for five seasons at Middle Tennessee State as a linebackers coach, working one season at Notre Dame as a defensive analyst. His coaching path began with a two-year role as a graduate assistant  at his alma mater, Syracuse, followed by three seasons coaching safeties at Colgate.
 
He had mentored eight all-conference performers and has spent two different stints going through the Bill Walsh Minority Internship Program, gaining experience with multiple organizations.
 
During his playing time at Syracuse, the Orange won the 2012 BIG EAST Championship and he was selected as a co-captain.
