Zachman's Coaching Career
2013-15: Strength & Conditioning Graduate Assistant, North Dakota
2016-Present: Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach, Colorado State

Kelsey Zachman joined the CSU Strength and Conditioning staff February of 2016. She works with several programs including Women's Soccer, Women’s Swimming and Diving, Men's Golf, and  Men’s and Women’s Cross Country/Distance Track & Field student-athletes.

Prior to CSU, Zachman worked as a Graduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at University of North Dakota, working with Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving, Men’s and Women’s Tennis, Cheer and Dance, and assisting with Football.

Zachman graduated with an Exercise Science and Wellness degree from the University of North Dakota and completed her master's degree in Kinesiology spring 2016. Zachman was a Division I collegiate soccer player and four-year letter winner at the University of North of Dakota. She fully embraces the Colorado lifestyle of backpacking, camping, hiking, cross-country skiing, snowboarding and training for triathlons. Currently working on a second master’s degree in Social Psychology of Sport and Physical Activity at the University of Northern Colorado. She is secretly a cat lady and cannot wait to get one. 

Zachman has received her Strength and Conditioning Coach Certification (SCCC), and is CPR, AED, and First Aid certified.
