Colorado State Announces Fan First, Maximum Flexibility Ticket Options

Fans of the Green and Gold will now need only their smartphones to park and enter CSU ticketed events beginning in 2020-21.
FORT COLLINS, Colo. – Parking and entering Canvas Stadium or Moby Arena will now be as simple as scanning your smartphone as Colorado State Athletics unveils enhanced mobile tickets and parking and payment plan options for the 2020-21 competition year.
At its core, mobile tickets and parking puts everything a Colorado State fan needs to have an enjoyable experience coming to a CSU event right into their pocket via their smartphone. No more remembering to grab physical tickets before leaving home. No more making sure the right tickets for the game were grabbed. Tickets and parking passes are delivered to smartphones, ready to be scanned at parking lots, Canvas Stadium and Moby Arena.
Customer service and fan flexibility is critical, and Colorado State Athletics is introducing multiple options to accommodate all fans who want to support the Rams this year. In addition to the Football Kick-Time Guarantee program introduced several weeks back, $0 deposits, delayed payments until August and extended payment plans are all now available to Ram fans.

Along with the Kick Time Guarantee program in 2020, mobile tickets and parking is another program designed to enhance service to all Rams Fans. As always, Mobile Tickets and Parking allow fans to share and transfer their tickets or modify the add-ons to their tickets much more efficiently. With a mobile ticket, if a fan wants to send tickets to a friend, it's as easy as sharing a link via e-mail. No more going to the mailbox to ship tickets or meeting each other at a corner of Canvas Stadium. Additionally, consistent with our institutional commitment to sustainability, Mobile Tickets and Parking decrease our paper footprint and improve operational efficiencies.
It is also significantly easier for fans to enter the resale market with their season tickets through mobile tickets and parking.
General football season ticket partners will be opted in automatically to mobile tickets and parking this season, and premium season ticket partners will be encouraged to opt in to mobile for 2020. Fans purchasing season tickets for CSU's three remaining ticketed sports will be opted in automatically but may choose to receive physical tickets for an increased handling fee.

- Pay in full
- Up to 7-months: May – November
- 4-months: August – November
- Season ticket renewals and new season ticket sales will begin Wednesday, May 20, 2020. Renewals applications will be delivered via e-mail
- Mini-plan options will be available once the complete 2020 schedule has been announced
- Payment plan options for season tickets include:
- Pay in full
- 4-Month plan beginning in May: May – August
- 4-Month plan beginning in August: August – November
